Clara takes Cinematic Hypermedia forward
This week marks the end of Clara 'Cinematic Hypertext' Mancini's 6 years in KMi, first as a student and then a research fellow. She's been a fantastic research colleague, who's taught me a lot about her world of film theory and semiotics.
She takes forward her research programme into a new paradigm for Hypermedia with her new research fellowship in Donia Scott's NLG group, where she will be extending her doctoral work on multimodal coherence relations, which will add a new dimension to our work together.
I presented Clara with a miniature of the latest KMi lab photo, and gift tokens contributed by the whole of KMi.
